Delete Your NumberTwo Account

NumberTwo is a personal digestive journal app by Anthetic Labs FZE.

To delete your account and all associated data:

Option 1 — In the app (recommended)

1. Open the NumberTwo app

2. Go to Settings

3. Tap "Delete Account"

4. Confirm deletion

Option 2 — By email

Email support@antheticlabs.com from your registered email address

with the subject line "Delete my account".

What is deleted

Account deletion permanently removes your email address, profile,

journal entries, photos, and analysis history from our systems.

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.

What is retained

Subscription billing records are managed and retained by Apple

(App Store) or Google (Google Play) according to their policies.

Anonymized crash diagnostics that cannot be linked to your account

may be retained.
